This Data Protection Agreement ("Agreement"), between you as the Customer, (hereinafter referred as the "Controller") acting on its own behalf; and Adonis AS (hereinafter referred as the “Processor") acting on its own behalf.

By pressing the Confirm Button at the end of this contract, you confirm that you, as customer and user, accept the terms and conditions set forth by Adonis in this mutual agreement.

The terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in this Addendum. Terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Principal Agreement.  Except as modified below, the terms of the Principal Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.  

The parties hereby agree that the terms and conditions set out below shall be added as an Addendum to the Principal Agreement, which will in any case of conflict take precedence over any Principal Agreement between the parties.
