A large number of maritime companies are using Seagull as their provider for computer based training & assessments onboard their vessels. Seagull is offering a vast number of CBT courses.  The crew member will sit down at a computer, log on to Seagull and works his/her way through the course. At the end of each course they will receive an assessment. The results of these assessments are captured in a database and replicated back to a central database held by Seagull; the STA database.

With the Seagull integration it is possible for the Crew Managers to seamlessly access the Seagull records for any crew member directly from his/her competence records in Adonis Personnel Manager. A special data group called Seagull Status is developed and will be refreshed each time the user accesses it.   The data group will show the status of the Seagull training taken, training pending, results etc.
